Alternative Ending:
Have you ever LOVED a book but HATED the ending? Well, this is your chance to make things right. For this summer reading project, you get to step into the shoes of the author and re-write the ending. Show the author of your book how it is done!
Requirements:
- Write a two paragrapgh summary of the book with the original ending. (Each paragrapgh is
7 to 10 sentences in length).
- Re-write your version of the ending (it does not resemble original ending). You must
include setting description, character description and dialogue (conversation between
characters), and come up with a NEW solution to the problem that was present in the book.
The new ending must be a paragrapgh (7 to 10 sentences in length) or longer.
- Re-write must be easy to read and follow (grammatical errors do not impede understanding)
- Typed
